Match the service to the number on screen
TikTok shows two kinds of numbers: the follower count in the profile header and the counts on each video. Pick by where the number sits.
- US TikTok followers: raise the follower count of the account; they aren't split across videos.
- US TikTok likes: go to one video, for instance a clip that walks through a new menu item.
- US TikTok views: add plays to one video's view count, the number next to the play icon on its thumbnail. Likes and followers stay as they are.
Links that work for TikTok
- Account: tiktok.com/@ plus your handle, or just the @handle.
- Video: in the app, tap Share, then Copy link. The full address contains /video/ and a number.
- Account setting: TikTok keeps business accounts public, so they're ready as they are; a personal account must not be private while the order runs.
- Video setting: each video also has its own audience setting. Keep it open to everyone until the order is done.
Three steps, start to finish
Open a service, compare the rows and choose a quantity. Paste the account or video link. Pay by card on the Stripe form and confirm that the service may begin once the payment clears; the card details go to Stripe, not to Guayz. Afterwards, your order number and email bring up the status on the order status page, no account needed. Likes and views for the same video are two separate orders, each with its own number and refill period.
Back-to-school videos and other posting peaks
Late summer is when kids' clothing and stationery shops tend to post the most. If your shop shoots a back-to-school video, publish it first and order afterwards: a scheduled video has no public link yet, and an order can't be placed without one. Because Guayz gives no delivery dates, leave room between the order and any deadline you care about. A campaign with several videos means several orders, one per link.
Refill and your right to cancel
Every package lists its refill period, which runs from the end of delivery; drops within that period are topped up for free, up to what you bought. Setting the account to private, deleting the video or changing your @handle ends the refill. If you change your mind before processing starts, the full amount is refunded. Once work has begun, cancelling is only possible if the order isn't delivered or is partly delivered; the refund and withdrawal policy explains how that works.
What we don't do on TikTok
No login, no access to TikTok Studio or the business tools, no posting on your behalf. We don't promise that a video lands on the For You feed, and we don't promise sales or dates. Guayz has no tie to TikTok, which alone decides how its counts are shown and whether it corrects them later. Support replies in English, Spanish and Turkish.
