On Guayz, prices are set in US dollars and read straight from the live catalog: what a row says is what your card pays, and checkout adds nothing. Cards are processed by Stripe. If your card works in another currency, the conversion and any fee come from your bank.
How the price tables are laid out
The list is grouped by what you are buying: followers first, then likes, views and the other services. Inside each group the platforms always come in the same order: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X. Under each service name a short line shows one package from the middle of the range with its price, the lowest price of that service and its refill periods. Below the tables you see the time, in UTC, when the data was read, and a service that is missing from the list is simply not on sale right now.
Reading one row
Each row is one package. Its four columns always run in the order below, and some services also come in two types:
Quantity: the size of the package, counted in followers, likes or views, all going to the single link on your order.
Price: the full US-dollar charge for that quantity, which is exactly what checkout will take.
Refill period: the stretch, starting once delivery is complete, in which any drop is made good at no charge, never beyond what was delivered.
Per-unit column: the row price broken down to the basis in the column header, per hundred or per thousand, so you can compare sizes within one service.
Types: where a service comes as Standard and Premium, each type has its own table, headed by its name. The name tells the tables apart; the row is what you buy.
Comparing package sizes
If a bigger package costs less per unit, the per-unit column shows it. That alone doesn't make it the right pick: choose the quantity that fits the profile or the post you have in mind. The column is worked out from today's prices; it is not a sale, it has no previous price and it does not expire.
Card, currency and bank fees
You type your card details into Stripe's payment form, and Guayz doesn't keep them. The charge is in US dollars. If your card is billed in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee, depending on your card's terms. That is why Guayz shows no converted amounts and no exchange rates. Card is the only payment method; bank transfers aren't accepted.
Buying on a company card
Paying with a company card works the same way as with a personal one. How the charge appears on the statement depends on Stripe and on how your bank shows merchant names, so note the order number and the date when you pay. If a charge looks unfamiliar later, send support the date and the amount before you dispute it with your bank. When several people order for the same account, agree who pays, so the same package isn't bought twice.
Is the price per package or per follower?
Per package. The price in a row covers the whole quantity in that row; the per-unit column is only there to compare sizes.
Why don't you show prices in my currency?
Because your card is charged in US dollars. Any converted figure would be a guess, since the rate your bank applies when the charge goes through isn't known in advance.
Can the price change after I pay?
No. Whatever the row said when you paid is the total of that order; a later change in the catalog only affects orders placed after it.
Is the per-unit column a discount?
No. It only tells you what one unit costs in each package of a service, at today's prices. Nothing is crossed out and nothing runs out.
Where does a refund go?
Back to the card you paid with, or to your Guayz wallet if you agree to that. How long it takes to show up depends on your card issuer.
