Help with your Guayz order, from checkout to refill

Guayz is a shop for followers, likes and views on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook, aimed at people who run business accounts. You pay in US dollars by card through Stripe, share only a public link or handle, and processing starts after the payment is confirmed and the order checked. Support replies on WhatsApp and by email in English, Spanish and Turkish. The answers start with accounts and links and end with refunds and the company behind the shop.

Is a Guayz account required before I buy?

Not at all. Guest checkout works: you leave an email address, and later that address plus your order number pulls up the order on the status page. Signing up only adds a single list of everything you've ordered.

Why do the English packages say “US”?

It's the region tag of the English edition. Each language names its follower, like and view packages after its main market, and for English that's the United States. Where the accounts come from is covered by one statement only, the owner's, shown on the home page; Guayz attaches no further claims about the accounts, before or after delivery.

Will Guayz ever ask for my password or a login code?

No. A public link or handle is all an order runs on. Passwords, one-time codes and admin access stay with you, whether at checkout, on WhatsApp or anywhere else. Anyone asking for them in Guayz's name is not Guayz, so keep them to yourself.

Which link do I paste: the profile or the post?

Start from what you want to grow. A follower order goes to the profile, so the profile URL or the handle will do. Likes and views land on one item, so copy the link of that exact post, Reel, video or Short from its share menu. The account has to stay public until the order is done.

Can a single order split between the store account and my own?

No, one order covers exactly one link. If you run the shop account and your own, that's two orders; likes on three posts are three orders. Each one gets a separate order number and status on the tracking page.

What can I pay with?

A credit or debit card, and nothing else. The details go into a form run by Stripe, so Guayz never sees the full card number, the expiry date or the security code. Your card is charged when you confirm the order, and a company card works the same way.

In what currency does the charge go through?

In US dollars, always. The figure in the row is the entire order total, with nothing stacked on at checkout. Converted amounts aren't shown, since the exchange rate belongs to your bank rather than to the shop.

Could my bank add a fee for paying in dollars?

Possibly. When your card isn't billed in dollars, the bank does the conversion at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee on top. Those figures never reach Guayz, so the shop can't quote them.

How do I check where my order stands?

Open the order status page and enter the order number you got after paying, plus the email you gave at checkout. You'll see Paid, then In the queue and Being delivered, and at the end Done or Partly delivered.

At what point does my order start moving?

Work begins once the payment has cleared and the order has passed a check. The pace after that varies with package and quantity, so no page on Guayz attaches a time to delivery.

What exactly is covered during the refill period?

It opens when delivery is complete and runs for the period shown on the package. A drop in the count during that time is made good at no charge, up to the quantity delivered. Private, deleted or restricted accounts, deleted posts, a changed username and a wrong link fall outside it.

If I cancel, do I get my money back?

Before processing begins, yes, in full. After that, the outcome decides: an order that ends as Partly delivered returns the share that wasn't delivered, either to your card or, with your agreement, to your Guayz wallet.

As an EU resident, can I withdraw from the purchase?

Yes. EU and EEA consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within the statutory period, and the withdrawal link sits at the foot of every page. For a service, that right lapses once it has been fully provided, as long as you asked for an early start and confirmed at checkout that you understood this.

What languages does support use?

English, Spanish and Turkish; Spanish is the shop's home language. You can reach support on WhatsApp or by email, and opening with the order number and the link saves a round of follow-up questions.

Which company is behind Guayz?

Guayz is run by Social Developer LTD, the company behind the SociShop store; the legal notice and the about page list its address, phone number and email. Guayz has no tie to any of the platforms its packages are for.
